Over time, the visual and musical dimension of Integrity has grown fathoms and "Suicide Black Snake" is clear proof of that. This LP was released in 2013 by A389 Recordings and, as Pitchfork states, "reaffirms Integrity's key qualities including both their scathing attitude and cross-stitched aesthetic in ten decidedly strange songs." The band is noted to have helped pioneer metalcore by throwing in influences from doom to thrash to psychedelic rock and paved the way for other bands like Converge and Hatebreed.
